There are not many places in London that I would list as good values but Blacklock is one of them that is an amazing find. This may not be the easiest place to find as there is a just a small door that leads to the basement level restaurant. Drinks first, there was a nice selection of classic cocktails and a few that had nice variations. I stuck with the classic old fashioned and was not at all disappointed but to be honest this place is all about the meat. You could go safe and just order a chop but we went with the £20 per person “all in” . We were with friends that had been before so I didn’t know what I was getting into but wow! The menu lists pre chop bites which turn out to be delicious little appetizers, then beef, pork AND lamb skinny chops on top of break that is absorbing all the wonderful juices. It might be a little hard to find but worth the search.
