The Cut of the week menu was a great deal, possibly the best in Vegas. You get a salad, main course (choice of steak, chicken or fish), family style sides and a dessert. The first two courses come with a wine pairing. The white wine was mediocre but a nice inclusion, the red was a nice combination with the filet. The filet was one of the better steaks I have had in a while. The Creme brûlée for dessert was very nice as well and all for $58
