Hell’s Kitchen

This is one of the places that I have walked past a ton of times but just never got around to going into. One the last night of this trip I happened to have it free and was able to get a last minute reservation for my buddy and I. I had already had Ramsey’s famous Beef Wellington so it was worth trying a few other things on the menu. Tried the meatball appetizer and it should have just been my meal, it was huge. Flavor was good but other than the size nothing to write home about. Then moved on to the Braised Short Ribs, I was expecting very tender and flavorful and it was mediocre on both. The ambiance didn’t help the place, they had TVs playing the same 3-4 old episodes of the TV show. I think this place is running off the popularity of the TV show but I won’t be going back.
