Very cool place down an alley and around a corner. Originally ti was Mr. Fogg’s house they say. First question I got was about a reservation but I was able to get in without a problem. A very cool looking place with an extensive menu (and cool) but don’t jump to picking, if you can choose between the two menus.
I went with the No sleep till Brooklyn, Woodford with cognac, sweet vermouth, orange bitters and a coffee glaze. This drink has absolutely no bite at all, the coffee flavor comes through heavily but not over powering. The branded ice blocks that look somewhat rough but have their logo are a really nice touch.
I almost got the Illusionist, Smokey monkey scotch, woodford, vermouth, and cinnamon syrup soaked with cinnamon and cloves. Next time…
