A quintessential London pub, this is just down the street from Paddington station which makes it really convenient if you are taking an early flight out of Heathrow. Simply stay at one of the hundreds of hotels right along Sussex Gardens or nearby. The Indigo and Mercure are both easy but small rooms. You can then have a block walk to Paddington to take the Heathrow Express to your flight. Walk a block the other way the night before and end up in The Victoria, with a fire roaring in the front and 10-12 beers on tap it feels like an english pub should feel. You expect a dog curled up by the fire and everyone to say hi. If you are near Paddington stop in for a pint.
