Merchant’s Steakhouse

Merchant’s is a standby on lower broadway, a much nicer sit down steakhouse than one would expect when wandering around the honky tonks that line the street. We went with a large group for a group dinner and it did not disappoint. Trying everything from the filet to the tomahawk and quite a few of the side dishes, everyone really enjoyed the meal and we had plenty of it. For me the big winner was their whiskey list, I was not expecting much when it was only a single page but it did have Elmer T. Lee which is harder and harder to find along with a few others. Overall a good place for a nice dinner when you are in town and planning to hit up the bars after.
