Inside the Hyatt Regency, don’t mistake the restaurant for the bar it has a different entrance. Showcasing a dark vibe with classic bartenders and all the drinks with reference to it’s namesake, Churchill’s (#332) provides a very swanky and chill vibe to a hotel bar. There is also a nice heated terrace to sit in if not aiming for the bar. I tried the prime minister with a pickled quail egg garnish. It drinks very easy for a scotch cocktail and is a lovely presentation.
A very nice selection of other whiskeys especially for a UK bar. Olives and dry bar snacks are a nice plus. The bartenders are very attentive and seem genuinely concerned that you are enjoying your cocktail.
